Six programs

Start where you are.

Every program runs the same World Taekwondo curriculum, scaled to the body and the attention span in front of it. Nobody is fast-tracked, and nobody is left behind.

Little Tigers training at Chandragiri Tigers
Ages 4 – 6Beginner45 min

Little Tigers

Coordination, listening and courage — disguised as play.

The first mat a child steps onto shapes everything after it. Little Tigers builds balance, focus and the confidence to try something difficult in front of others. Sessions run on short cycles of movement, games and one clear technique, so attention never has to stretch further than it can.

What you will learn
  • Balance, agility and body awareness
  • Listening on the first instruction
  • Basic kicks, blocks and stances
  • Bowing, respect and mat etiquette

Kids Taekwondo

Where discipline stops being a word and becomes a habit.

The core youth program, and the heart of the dojang. Students grade through the full colour-belt curriculum, learn poomsae and controlled sparring, and discover that effort is the only thing standing between white belt and black. Parents consistently tell us the change shows up at school first.

What you will learn
  • Full World Taekwondo colour-belt curriculum
  • Poomsae forms and pattern memory
  • Controlled sparring with full protective gear
  • Anti-bullying and situational awareness
Teen Taekwondo training at Chandragiri Tigers
Ages 13 – 17All levels75 min

Teen Taekwondo

Strength, sparring and a place to put the pressure.

Teenagers arrive carrying exams, screens and self-doubt. They leave the mat with tired legs and a clear head. This program pairs a demanding technical syllabus with real strength and conditioning, and gives every student a path toward the competition squad if they want it.

What you will learn
  • Kyorugi sparring strategy and footwork
  • Strength, mobility and injury prevention
  • Black belt syllabus preparation
  • Leadership through assistant instruction
Adult Taekwondo training at Chandragiri Tigers
Ages 18+All levels90 min

Adult Taekwondo

Start at thirty. Start at fifty. Just start.

No prior athleticism assumed and no ego required. Adults train the same curriculum as every other belt in the building, scaled honestly to the body they walk in with. Most come for fitness. They stay because two hours a week of full attention turns out to be the best part of the week.

What you will learn
  • Technique-first conditioning
  • Optional sparring, never mandatory
  • Flexibility and joint health
  • Grading at your own pace
Competition Squad training at Chandragiri Tigers
Ages 12+ · By selectionIntermediate → Advanced120 min

Competition Squad

The national podium, approached as an engineering problem.

Invitation-only squad training for athletes contesting district, national and international Olympic-style kyorugi. Electronic hogu scoring, video review of every round, weight-class management and a periodised year plan built around the national championship calendar.

What you will learn
  • Electronic body protector (PSS) scoring drills
  • Round-by-round video analysis
  • Periodised strength and weight management
  • Domestic and international tournament support
Women's Self-Defense training at Chandragiri Tigers
Ages 14+Beginner60 min

Women's Self-Defense

Practical, pressure-tested, taught entirely by women.

A standalone six-week course, repeated through the year, led by our female black belts. It covers awareness, verbal boundaries and the small number of physical techniques that actually work under adrenaline — practised against resistance, not in the air.

What you will learn
  • Threat awareness and de-escalation
  • Escapes from grabs, holds and chokes
  • Strikes that work under stress
  • Scenario training against resistance
Still deciding?

Tell us the age. We'll tell you the class.

Send one message with the student's age and any experience. We will recommend the right program, or tell you honestly if we are not the right dojang.
